  • Order cut-off time: 12:00 PM (local U.S. timezone)

Depending on availability, certain items may be shipped from our EU warehouse to ensure faster processing and reliable delivery.

Delivery times may vary due to carrier volume, weather conditions, or local delays.
Most orders arrive within the stated timeframe.

3. Customs & Import Fees

After dispatch, changes can no longer be made.

You may cancel your order before dispatch.
Once your order has shipped, cancellations are no longer possible.
